It’s been like centuries since my last post here and I apologize to those who have made the extra effort of visiting this blog on a daily basis for the latest chika. I was so preoccupied with my new sites that I almost forgot to update my old ones.
Anyway, the buzz is that the senate hearing turned reality tv episodes continues to grill Jun Lozada over the alleged bribery involving government officials and the First Gentlemen in the ZTE broadband deal. Too bad that I could no longer listen to my favorite radio drama because the radio station is carrying the senate hearing live. (more…)
Okay, I’ve been offline the couple of days for some important matters. But while I was out, my mind kept on conjuring domain names that I should pursue. Anyway, I should congratulate ABS-CBN for the premier telecast of Kung Fu Kids (the best of the three teleseryes introduced on the same night).
The actions are superb. The kids are cute. And the visual effects are astounding. Clap! Clap! Clap!

Last Tuesday, the character played by Japanese actor Tai Tomoyuki, Shigeki, was first seen in “Zaido (Pulis Pangkalawakan)” and his presence will continue in today’s episode. Shigeki, Zaido’s (Dennis Trillo) past enemy in Japan, comes back in his quest for vengeance in the finale week of the well-followed fantaserye on GMA 7.
In the story, Shigeki descended from ancient Samurai warriors, one of Zaido’s enemies. Very good in swordfighting, Shigeki was cryogenically frozen and returns 20 years later to exact revenge on descendants of Zaido now consisting of Zaido Blue/Gallian (Dennis Trillo), Zaido Green / Alexis (Marky Cielo), and Zaido Red / Cervano (Aljur Abrenica). Isboy here joins the entire Hollywood and the world in saying goodbye to a dear friend, Heath Ledger. The shocking news of the 28-year-old Australian actor’s demise still saddens Isboy, an avid fan of Heath since “A Knight’s Tale” and “The Brothers Grimm”.
Heath rendered his new film character as The Joker in July 2008’s “The Dark Knight” opposite Batman Christian Bale. Aside from “The Dark Knight”, Heath also played one of the Bob Dylan’s incarnation characters in “I’m Not There”. (more…)
