Sparks will surely fly as KC Concepcion is paired with Luis Manzano in “Yes, Sir” April 5 episode of “I am KC”.

Directed by Andoy Ranay, “Yes, Sir” tells the story of Kate (KC), who, because of her intention to help her ailing grandmother (Gina Pareño), vowed to continue working as chief of staff of a very demanding boss, Ed (Albert Martinez), a hotel chain executive.

Because of the pressure of her job, her relationship with boyfriend Budoy (Luis) is strained. In a crucial business meeting, Kate, however, saved the day by using her natural wit and charm. This made Ed grown fond of her.

“I am KC” airs Saturdays, 7 p.m. on ABS-CBN.

Just in. Alleged Jemaah Islamiyah member Dulmatin, who has been linked to the 2002 Bali bombings that killed more than 200 people, escaped a military raid in the Tawi-Tawi, an official said Friday.

Soldiers raided a hideout of the Indonesian-born Dulmatin in the southernmost islands of Tawi-Tawi on Thursday, resulting in a gunbattle that killed Radi Upao, a commander of the Abu Sayyaf, a local Muslim extremist group said Lieutenant Colonel Bartolome Bacarro.
