Regine Velasquez’s musical show “Songbird” has failed to soar when the ratings for its second episode last Thursday registered only 13.1 percent as compared to Koreanovela “Lovers” with 14.9 percent.

Observers claimed that the concept of “Songbird” is too sosy (sosyal), meaning it does not connect to the madlang pipol. Regine should adjust and accept the fact that she’s no longer the sosyal song bird.
